You appointment is very important to me, it is reserved specially for you but I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to any appointment. All cancellations must be made through the online system 48 hours before or by phone 308-672-0380 Cancellations or changes made using online system 48 hours before scheduled appointment start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. By booking an appointment with Ami Steele, you agree to the cancellation policy. Late appointments are allotted 15 minutes grace period window. After which you may be asked to alter or reschedule your appointment. Each appointment are scheduled with a unique amount of time for me to properly perform your scheduled service.
